Pippa Richardson // Somatic Therapist & Educator
Pippa is as a highly regarded Somatic Therapist, Clinician and Speaker. In her clinical role she works as Head of Creative & Somatic Therapies at one of the UK’s Leading Mental Health Services. With over ten years experience of working in the field of psychosomatics, body based therapy and trauma therapy, in both clinical and non-clinical settings, she is a leading voice in advocating for trauma informed health and social care.
Alongside her clinical work, Pippa leads talks, retreats and workshops both in the UK and abroad. She has a broad range of experience working with individuals, groups and organisations including the British Army, the US Military, Save The Children, Bamford, Manolo Blahnik – as well as leadership executives and professional athletes.
Her work lies at the intersection of psyche (mind) and soma (body) and she is passionate about supporting her clients to live an embodied, meaningful life. Pippa is an engaging and inspiring speaker who weaves insights from her personal journey and clinical experience, alongside practices that promote wellbeing, to help individuals create positive change in their lives, relationships and communities.

Mike Coulter // Human Behaviour Specialist
Mike is an advertising industry expert. An award-winning copywriter, a nostradamus of global, cultural trends and sharp challenger of the status quo. As creative director for the Do Lectures on their hugely influential ‘side projects report’ he’s also a certified Tiny Habits coach, one of a few in the UK, fully accredited and endorsed by it’s founder Stanford University Professor BJ Fogg PhD.
Trained in both the Tiny Habits® Method of behavioural change, and the models and methods of Behaviour Design, the secret sauce applied by some of the most successful companies in Silicon Valley (skills he now also shares as Entrepreneur in Residence, with the students at ‘LaunchPad’, Falmouth Uni’s Start-Up School).
Mike’s extensive experience combined with his academically accredited training in the Tiny Habits method, helps people to understand and influence effective behaviour change solutions both at home and in the day job. Mike’s sessions can be tailored to your team’s focus or outputs.

Dr Morwenna Opie // Consultant Clinical Psychologist
Morwenna has honed her clinical skills over two decades delivering evidence-based psychological therapies in London NHS teaching hospitals and renowned private mental health settings. She has published and lectured internationally in her areas of speciality including anxiety disorders, stress, mood management. When London-based, alongside a Harley Street therapy practice, Morwenna offered psychologically-informed corporate consulting roles within the health sector.
She dedicates her time to several national and international mental and physical health charities, operating as a trustee and medical adviser, and in this context also delivering workshops and therapeutic retreats.
Since returning to Cornwall in 2018, she has worked locally in the NHS and the Duchy Hospital, Truro. While much of her mental health clinical work is delivered 1:1 she relishes the transformative power of working with groups. Morwenna is a registered practitioner in the delivery of psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Brief-Intervention approaches and Mindfulness-based therapies.
